We broke camp and left early for a four hour drive to Gladstone, Michigan.

This campground has water and electric hook ups. This is the first campground where we could hook water to the camper. Once the water was connected I noticed a small drip where the hose attaches to the pressure regulator. I removed the hose to check the washer. Yup, the washer needs replacing. We didn’t bring a spare. Hmm. Teflon thread tape might work. I didn’t bring this either. Out of the box go my thoughts and leap into action. We do have plastic poop bags for Moe’s morning droppings. Why not? I cut a half inch off the top of a bag and wrapped the threads with this Red Green solution to the problem? It worked! No more drips. Handsome or handy, either is fine with me.
